- 10.30 am - Guided tour of the Jewish quarter and “Palazzo Taurino” museum
- 12.00 am - Concert: Gabriella Prinari (transverse flute) and Francesco Napolitano (voice e latin guitar)
- 6.00 pm - Aperitif offered by Vico del Gusto restaurant and Cantine Leuci winery, kosher wines from Guagnano.
- 7.00 pm - Book launch “Guida al Salento ebraico” (Fabrizio Ghio and Fabrizio Lelli, Lecce, Capone editore).
- 8.15 pm - Theatre show “Le memorie di Sara”, directed and performed by Giustina de Iaco.
